1. Service Description & Activation

ViewIPTV provides IPTV access links (M3U playlists, Xtream Codes API credentials, and EPG guides) allowing users to stream television broadcasts and on-demand media on compatible third-party applications.

• Credentials are dispatched automatically via email and WhatsApp within 20 minutes of confirmed payment.
• Each individual subscription allows one (1) active stream at any given moment, unless a multi-room package was explicitly purchased.
• Simultaneous streaming from multiple IP addresses on a single-line account may trigger automated temporary account locking.

2. Acceptable Use & Prohibitions

Subscribers agree to use the service strictly for personal and non-commercial entertainment. You agree not to:

• Restream, rebroadcast, or redistribute stream credentials to public audiences or unverified third parties.
• Perform automated scraping, downloading, or reverse-engineering of server endpoints.
• Attempt to bypass bandwidth safeguards or carry out denial-of-service actions against our streaming infrastructure.

3. Content Availability & Quality

While we strive to deliver uninterrupted 99.9% uptime and pristine 4K/FHD picture quality, streaming performance relies on user internet connection speeds, local ISP routing, and device decoders.

Scheduled maintenance may occasionally cause short service interruptions. We reserve the right to modify, add, or replace specific channels and VOD titles to maintain stream stability.

4. Third-Party Media Disclaimer

ViewIPTV does not host, store, or own any video streams on its website servers. All links and streams are delivered from third-party networks. Subscribers are solely responsible for ensuring their usage complies with their regional jurisdiction and intellectual property legislation.

5. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts found in breach of these terms without prior notice. Any account terminated for unauthorized restreaming or malicious abuse will forfeit the remaining duration of the subscription.
